Generic Approach

A similar style and process for every wedding, without much attention to what makes yours different.

Rushed, Chaotic Days

The day revolves around a timeline, not what’s actually happening in the moment.

Over-Posed Moments

Heavy direction that makes things feel staged instead of natural.

You Feel Awkward

Too much posing or unclear direction leaves you overthinking everything.

No Real Connection

You barely know who’s showing up to capture one of the biggest days of your life.

Tailored to Your Day

Coverage that adapts to your timeline instead of fitting into a template.

Clear Communication

Consistent updates and guidance so nothing feels uncertain.

Guided, Not Posed

Direction when it helps, while keeping everything relaxed and natural.

You Feel Comfortable

We keep things light, guide you when needed, and take the pressure off so nothing feels forced.

You Know Who’s Showing Up

We connect before the wedding so you’re already comfortable with the team.

02

03

Schedule

If you’re up for it, we can grab coffee or a drink before the wedding. About a month out, we’ll collect your timeline and send over a questionnaire to get all the important details. Three weeks before the wedding, the remaining balance is due, and then about a week out, we’ll hop on a final call.

Wedding Day

On the wedding day, we show up calm, caffinated, and confident. We’ll touch base with your planner and key people, get a quick read on how things are flowing, and then settle in. We keep things fun, help you feel comfortable, and do our part to make sure you can just enjoy getting married.

04

05

Post Production

We’ll edit your film and photo gallery and deliver everything through an online platform for easy viewing and download. You’ll receive up to two free revisions for your film to make sure it matches your vision. Photo galleries are typically delivered within 8 weeks, with films following in 10–12 weeks.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions.

Every wedding is different, and you might have a few questions before getting started.

Do you offer both photo and video?
icon

Yes. We offer photo, video, and combo packages. When you book both, everything is handled by one team, which keeps the day smooth and the final result cohesive.

How many years of experience do you have?
icon

We've been filming weddings for over eight years and have had the chance to document more than 125 weddings. Every wedding is different, and that experience helps us stay flexible and calm while still capturing everything that matters.

Do you have insurance?
icon

Yes, we carry liability insurance. If your venue requires proof of insurance, just let us know and we’ll happily provide the documentation.

Are there travel fees?
icon

Travel fees are already included for; Milwaukee, Chicago, Orange County, and San Diego. Outside of those areas, travel fees may apply. Case by case.

How far in advance should we book our wedding videographer?
icon

Many couples book 12–18 months in advance, especially for peak wedding dates. If your wedding is sooner than that, it’s still worth reaching out to check availability.

How do you choose the music?
icon

Four weeks before your wedding, you'll complete a questionnaire where you can share your favorite genres, artists, and the vibe you envision for your film. We use this information to select the perfect song from one of our licensed music libraries. We’re proud to say that every client has loved the song chosen for their film!

Have you worked at our venue before?
icon

We’ve been filming weddings for many years throughout Milwaukee, Chicago, and San Diego. There’s a good chance we’ve already worked at your venue. Even if we haven’t, adapting to new locations is simply part of what we do. Every wedding day is different, and being able to step into any space, adjust quickly, and capture the day in a natural way is a big part of our job.

What if we feel awkward on camera?
icon

Yes. Most couples feel this way at first, and it’s completely normal. We keep things light, have fun with you, and give simple direction when needed so nothing feels stiff or forced. As a Milwaukee wedding videographer and photographer, we focus on creating an environment where you can just be yourselves, which is what leads to the most natural and genuine photos and films.

Have you shot Indian or Multi-cultural Weddings before?
icon

Over the years of documenting weddings, we’ve become known for our open and welcoming approach. Everyone is welcome here. Because of that, we’ve had the opportunity to film a wide range of cultural weddings and many cross-cultural celebrations.

How would you describe your style?
icon

Elevated but natural. We focus on what’s actually happening and give direction when it helps, without making anything feel forced or overdone.

What should we look for in a wedding videographer?
icon

Look for a filmmaker whose style matches the kind of film you want. Pay attention to storytelling, audio quality, and how natural the moments feel in their work. Experience and the ability to stay calm on a busy wedding day also make a big difference. Just as important, we want to make sure were a good fit for each other and that we're both excited about working together.
