Milwaukee weddings in the winter have a unique feel, and Katie and Matt’s day at The Society made the most of it. Snow falling outside set the tone for a celebration that felt both cozy and elevated. Being New Year’s Eve, the energy naturally built throughout the night, leading into a packed dance floor and an epic New Years Eve countdown.

Katie and Matt’s wedding was built around creating an experience that people would remember. From a beautiful church ceremony to a reception that kept building momentum, the night led into a full New Year’s Eve celebration with a balloon drop to close it out. A lot of that came together through the work of their planner Mallory at Journey MKE, who put serious time and attention into making sure every detail, especially the final moments of the night, landed exactly how it should.
