FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions.

We know every project is unique, and you might have some questions before getting started.

Do you offer both photo and video?
icon

Yes. We offer photo, video, and combo packages. When you book both, everything is handled by one team, which keeps the day smooth and the final result cohesive.

How many years of experience do you have?
icon

We've been filming weddings for over eight years and have had the chance to document more than 125 weddings. Every wedding is different, and that experience helps us stay flexible and calm while still capturing everything that matters.

Do you have insurance?
icon

Yes, we carry liability insurance. If your venue requires proof of insurance, just let us know and we’ll happily provide the documentation.

Are there travel fees?
icon

Travel fees are already included for; Milwaukee, Chicago, Orange County, and San Diego. Outside of those areas, travel fees may apply. Case by case.

How far in advance should we book our wedding videographer?
icon

Many couples book 12–18 months in advance, especially for peak wedding dates. If your wedding is sooner than that, it’s still worth reaching out to check availability.

How do you choose the music?
icon

Four weeks before your wedding, you'll complete a questionnaire where you can share your favorite genres, artists, and the vibe you envision for your film. We use this information to select the perfect song from one of our licensed music libraries. We’re proud to say that every client has loved the song chosen for their film!

Have you worked at our venue before?
icon

We’ve been filming weddings for many years throughout Milwaukee, Chicago, and San Diego. There’s a good chance we’ve already worked at your venue. Even if we haven’t, adapting to new locations is simply part of what we do. Every wedding day is different, and being able to step into any space, adjust quickly, and capture the day in a natural way is a big part of our job.

What if we feel awkward on camera?
icon

Yes. Most couples feel this way at first, and it’s completely normal. We keep things light, have fun with you, and give simple direction when needed so nothing feels stiff or forced. As a Milwaukee wedding videographer and photographer, we focus on creating an environment where you can just be yourselves, which is what leads to the most natural and genuine photos and films.

Have you shot Indian, Jewish, Multi-cultural Weddings before?
icon

Over the years of documenting weddings, we’ve become known for our open and welcoming approach. Everyone is welcome here. Because of that, we’ve had the opportunity to film a wide range of cultural weddings and many cross-cultural celebrations.

How would you describe your style?
icon

Elevated but natural. We focus on what’s actually happening and give direction when it helps, without making anything feel forced or overdone.

What should we look for in a wedding videographer?
icon

Look for a filmmaker whose style matches the kind of film you want. Pay attention to storytelling, audio quality, and how natural the moments feel in their work. Experience and the ability to stay calm on a busy wedding day also make a big difference. Just as important, we want to make sure were a good fit for each other and that we're both excited about working together.
