Matt and Maraya’s wedding day took us to two beautiful spots in downtown Milwaukee, Old St. Mary’s Church for the ceremony and The Grain Exchange for the reception. Getting to capture both places in one film was pretty special, but what mattered most was making sure it still felt like Matt and Maraya.

For us, that means paying attention to more than the setting. We’re looking for the little reactions during the ceremony, the funny moments between friends, and the people who mean the most to you. We keep things light and let the day happen, giving a little direction when it helps and stepping back when it doesn’t. That’s the approach we brought to Matt and Maraya’s day, creating something that brings them back to how it all felt.
